This soliciation is being amended to answer questions. Does the SBA nonmanufacturer rule apply, and has a class or individual waiver been issued for this acquisition? NO May a small-business reseller furnish an otherwise compliant product manufactured by a company exceeding the solicitation's 1,250-employee size standard? YES Does the 0.1 cm³ requirement refer to sample-cell capacity or minimum measurable sample volume? YES Would a system with temperature control beginning at 4°C be unacceptable where the requirement states at least 3°C-60°C? 4 WOULD BE ACCEPTABLE Must the three-year warranty be provided directly by the OEM, or may the prime provide equivalent warranty coverage? OEM Are installation, commissioning, calibration or user training required? NO Are there specified connection or pressure requirements for the two-stage gas regulator?
