A site visit for the subject project has been scheduled for Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at 1:00 PM local time. Due to security requirements, all attendees must have a valid photo ID (i.e. State driver's license) with REAL ID compliance to gain access to the site. All contractors must submit a list of attendance at least 24 hours in advance to joshua.j.espinosa@faa.gov. Your list must note which employees (name as appears on photo ID and company) will attend. Any attendee not on the official list will be denied access to the facility. Any and all RFIs resulting from the Contract documents and site visit must be submitted in writing no less than 5 calendar days after the conclusion of the site visit. Answers will be provided to all offerors via amendment to the solicitation.
