FEMA Region 10 requires replacement of its outdated 1967 air handling units with a modern QPAC Fan Array System. The project includes removing existing single-fan assemblies, installing multiple direct-drive fan modules with variable frequency drive controls, integrating with the building automation system, and performing testing and commissioning. This upgrade will improve energy efficiency, reliability, and airflow control while reducing maintenance needs. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. The solicitation number is 70FBR026Q00000101. This is a combined sysopsis solicitation as per FAR 2025-06. Please note that any solicitation package materials, documents, drawings, specifications, and/or attachments to the anticipated solicitation will be available only electronically and via the government point of entry found at SAM.gov. Hard copy documents will not be supplied by the government to any interested parties as a result of this solicitation. Vendors submitting quotes to this requirement must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to participate; quotes received from vendors that are not currently registered will be rejected.
