The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) hereby issues this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Region 2 Building C-54 at Naval Weapon Station Earle in New Jersey Comprehensive Facility Upgrades. The upgrades will enhance safety, accessibility, operational reliability, and compliance with all applicable standards to support FEMA's mission requirements. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, parts, and supplies that are necessary to perform the facility infrastructure upgrades at Building C-54 at Naval Weapons Station Earle in New Jersey in the forms of roof repair, interior / exterior doors replacements and upgrades, exterior cement repairs and patching of loading dock and adjacent areas, sidewalk expansion of warehouse dock to building side door, patio renovation, reinforcement and finish restoration of the designated training room wall to support future audio-visual enhancements and Regional Response Coordination Center (RRCC) workspace modernization to ensure safe, secure, and reliable operations in support of disaster response and ongoing FEMA mission needs. A mandatory site visit will be conducted. Contractors will provide a list of attendees, prior to site visit.
