The Contractor shall perform a comprehensive inspection of all 13 gas boilers and calibrate the associated gas sensors. The Contractor must troubleshoot any conditions found that affect the proper operation of the boilers. Bidders are responsible for verifying all site conditions and quantities prior to bid submission. The Contractor shall provide a complete inspection and troubleshooting service, which includes: Submitting a detailed assessment checklist noting all deficiencies. Providing a line-item cost estimate to correct any identified deficiencies. Ensuring the inspection covers, at a minimum: Mounting, Isolators, and Filter Components Burner and Gas Train Breeching and Combustion Air Boiler Inspection and Chemical Treatment Fan functionality Sight Glass, Water Piping, Gas Piping, and associated valves Electrical connections, including disconnect switch and safety circuits Control systems, firing sequences, and interlocks Safety controls, flame safeguards, and low water cutout Pressure and temperature gauges Testing of the safety relief valve Calibrating all gas sensors and ensuring they communicate correctly with the Building Automation System (BAS).
