This solicitation incorporated provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 dated March 13, 2026. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70LCHS26QPFB00034 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Repairs and/or Replacements of multiple roofs for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) located in Charleston, South Carolina.
