Notice to Offeror(s):. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. Set-Aside Requirement This solicitation is set aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. Registration information can be found at www.sam.gov. The Government intends to award one (1) firm-fixed price award as a result of this solicitation. Scope of Work: The Physical Techniques Division requires the procurement of newly manufactured, commercial-grade selectorized fulcrum bench press machine for use in standardized physical fitness testing and training. The machine must ensure consistent, repeatable motion and allow for precise resistance adjustments in accordance with official testing protocols. PSC: 7810 NAICS: 339920 Special Delivery/Installation Instructions Delivery: The offeror must provide within its offer the estimated delivery date, or the number of days required to make delivery after it receives a purchase order from the buyer. Equipment Condition New parts ONLY; No remanufactured or "gray market" items. All items must be 100% made in America. All items must be covered by a warranty. The machine shall be designed for high-frequency use in a commercial or institutional fitness environment. Evaluation for Award The Government will award a firm fixed price (FFP) contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: price, technical acceptance, and delivery of the item offered to meet the Government's requirement. Offeror Attachments (Shall be returned as part of your quote to be considered acceptable). In addition to providing pricing, Offeror shall include certain non-pricing information as document(s) attached to their quote, so they are received no later than the closing date and time of this RFQ. Attachment(s) can total no more than 20 MB, whether multiple files, or one file, and may be zipped to decrease their size. An Offeror's failure to comply with these terms may result in its quote being determined incomplete and shall not be evaluated.
