This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70LGLY26QSSB00067 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the construction of the ATF Complex, located within FLETC Glynco. It involves construction and finishing of conditioned Pre Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB). Work includes: Construction of pre-engineered metal buildings; HVAC design and installation; Electrical power/ Lighting design and installation; etc. See attached RFQ and Attachments. TAKE NOTE - SITE VISIT requires a Visitor Request Form that MUST be turned by the date noted on the site visit attachment. While attendance at the Site Visit is not required, it is highly encouraged.
