This combined synopsis/solicitation for services is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This synopsis/solicitation is being advertised as Small Business Set-Aside only. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is 70Z028-26-Q-STACRYSTALRIVER-GENERATOR. This requirement is for a firm fixed price services contract. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13. Routine Preventative Maintenance Services (PMS): Done in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, accepted industry standards, and specified maintenance cards (MPC/Job Plans). 2. Routine Corrective Maintenance Labor and parts: Subject to an annual cap of 20 labor hours and a Not-to-Exceed (NTE) parts limit of $5,000.00 per contract year. Technical Acceptability: Meeting or exceeding all requirements in the SOW 2. Price: Base plus 4 option years 3. Past performance The Government intends to award without discussion but reserves the right to hold discussions if necessary. Invoicing & Billing Invoicing must be submitted monthly in arrears via the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) (https://www.ipp.gov). The contractor shall not exceed the monthly fixed-price invoicing amount without prior written authorization from the Contracting Officer.
