(ix) Any readily available information about mitigation actions implemented or recommended. (2) If a report must be submitted to a contracting office, the Contractor shall submit the report as follows: (i) If a Department of Defense contracting office, the Contractor shall report to the website at https://dibnet.dod.mil. (ii) For all other contracting offices, the Contractor shall report to the Contracting Officer. (iii) For indefinite delivery contracts, the Contractor shall report to both the contracting office for the indefinite delivery contract and the contracting office for any affected order. (3) If the report provided does not contain any of the information required by paragraph (h)(1) of this clause, and the contractor later discovers new information that is required by paragraph (h)(1) of this clause, then the contractor shall submit a subsequent report within 72 hours of discovering the new information. (4) The contractor shall also report the information in paragraph (h)(1) if the contractor wishes to ask for a waiver of the requirements of a new FASCSA order being applied through modification. (i) New FASCSA orders report.

Classification Code : J016 Repairs NAICS: 488190 Repair Title: REPAIR EGI COMPUTER for U.S. Coast Guard Aircraft HC-27 Response Date: 9/7/2026 at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.201 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes as the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z03826QW0000100 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect as of November 28, 2025, IAW the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO). The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 488190 Repair. The small business size standard is $40 million. This is a restricted solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price purchase order shall be awarded on a sole source basis to HONEYWELL INTL. (CAGE Code: 0BFAF) as a result of this solicitation for the following items: SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES Line Items 1 Nomenclature: EGI COMPUTER National Stock Number (NSN): 6605-01-HS2-9746 Part Number (P/N): HG9869AA1-001 Manufacturer CAGE Code: 55939 Quantity: 1 Each Sources must be able to obtain the required technical expertise, engineering data, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), HONEYWELL INTL (CAGE Code: 55939) parts required to successfully perform the required repairs.
