The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to service, repair, reset, and replace damaged or deficient fence components at the United States Coast Guard Academy, 15 Mohegan Drive, New London, Connecticut. Work includes replacing only fence posts that are loose, damaged, rotted, bent, broken, or otherwise unable to support the fence; resetting designated posts; replacing damaged chain link, top rail, bottom rail, bracing, tension wire, barbed wire, hardware, caps, bands, ties, clamps, and related components; excavating failed concrete footings; installing new galvanized posts set in concrete; restoring disturbed areas; and ensuring all repaired fence sections are plumb, aligned, stable, properly tensioned, and fully functional. Work areas include the tennis courts, perimeter fence, U-Lot, and track fence, with all work to be coordinated with the Technical Advisor and performed in a manner that minimizes disruption to Coast Guard Academy operations.
