USCG Sector Field Office Southwest Harbor - Major Maintenance and Repair Galley and Housing, Project No. PSN: 21776733 Solicitation issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) and 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. Description of Work: The limits and extent of the work are described below as Base Bid, Option Bid #1a (alternate) and Option Bid #1b (alternate). The BBI encompasses all work detailed in the drawings and specifications, except for work designated as OBIs. ITEM 0001: BASE BID a. Replace windows with hurricane rated unit with extruded aluminum exterior cladding and wood interiors. Windows must be double hung, have new mini-blinds, and new interior sills and trim. b. Replace exterior doors including aluminum entry door. Exterior doors must receive new hardware, frames and thresholds. c. Remove existing EPDM system down to roof substrate and install new fully TPO roofing system. The overall performance period for this project is 300 Calendar Days from issuance of a Notice to Proceed (NTP). The bid opening date is scheduled for 09/10/2026 at 2:00 pm.
