Submission

Quote Submission Quotes are due no later than September 11, 2026 by 4:00 p.m. (1600) Mountain Time Quotes shall be submitted electronically to: Westley.Bisson@usda.gov Include with your quotation: (1) a signed SF-1449 with blocks 12, 17, 23, 24, and 30 completed; (2) a completed Schedule of Items with firm- fixed unit and extended pricing; (3) descriptive literature, specification sheets, and the brand name and model number of the item quoted, sufficient to establish that each salient characteristic is met or exceeded; (4) a statement of any modifications the quoter will make to the item to conform to this solicitation, marked on the descriptive material; (5) delivery lead time in calendar days after receipt of order; (6) the quoter’s Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and CAGE code, with an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM); and (7) acknowledgment of any amendments issued to this solicitation.
