By submission of its offer, the Offeror represents that it will not require its employees or subcontractors to sign or comply with internal confidentiality agreements or statements prohibiting or otherwise restricting such employees or subcontractors from lawfully reporting waste, fraud, or abuse related to the performance of a Government contract to a designated investigative or law enforcement representative of a Federal department or agency authorized to receive such information (e.g., agency Office of the Inspector General). Scope

The contractor shall provide the company’s qualifications and ability to provide the requirements listed herein, with appropriate and specific documentation supporting claims of recent organizational and staff capability to support this requirement.

Deliverables

The representation is optional if the Offeror received less than $7.5 million in Federal contract awards in the prior Federal fiscal year. (2) Representation. Evaluation

Additionally, if the scope referenced in this solicitation requires removal or install, the price should be inclusive of that as well. Submission

All-inclusive is defined as all costs/expenses to include but is no limited to service, supplies, materials, Federal/Local/State tax, travel, and all other fees necessary to complete the work. • The Offeror shall identify the unit price, total unit pricing, and a grand total price. • The Offeror shall identify the company Tax ID, Cage Code, UEI number. • The offer shall be submitted with FOB Destination delivery terms. • The offeror shall complete and submit the SF-1449 with offer. • The offer shall include complete and current point of contact information to include first name, last name, e-mail, telephone number, fax number, and physical mailing address. • The offeror shall acknowledge all amendments, if any. • The Offeror shall be properly registered in SAM.gov to include small business status. • The Offeror shall complete the provisions, FAR & DIAR, and submit with offer. (Section E) Completion of FAR provisions is not necessary if the provisions are already complete & listed in the company SAM.gov registration, representations and certifications section. • Contractor shall review the evaluation criteria, 52.212-2, and submit a quote accordingly. • The Government shall not be liable for any fees/costs incurred by quotation preparation.
