The National Park Service (NPS) has issued a prospectus for the solicitation of offers for a 10-year concession contract to operate rustic lodging, food and beverage, alcoholic beverages, retail, stabling, and public showers at Charit Creek Lodge within Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area. All offers must be received by the NPS by the date and time listed on the Inside Front Cover of the prospectus (October 20, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time) in order to be evaluated and considered for an award of a concession contract. The prospectus describes the business opportunity and includes the terms and conditions under which the NPS will award the concession contract. Questions and Notification of Intent to Propose must be received by the NPS by the date and time listed on the Inside Front Cover of the prospectus. Directions on who to email this information is provided on the Inside Front Cover of the prospectus. The prospectus may be found at https://www.nps.gov/subjects/concessions/prospectuses.htm. Please be aware there may be a delay in posting the prospectus to this website after publication of this notice.
