DARPA-PA-25-07-06 All proposals must include the following meetings and travel in the proposed schedule and costs: • To foster collaboration between teams and disseminate program developments, a two-day virtual Principal Investigator (PI) meeting will be held at approximately Month 9. • Regular teleconference meetings will be scheduled with the Government team for progress reporting and problem identification and mitigation. • Proposers must anticipate hosting one site visit by the DARPA Program Manager at approximately Month 8-10 to execute an in-person technical demonstration of progress towards milestones. • Conference and publication costs should not be included.
Proposer must verify in their technical proposal that their protocol has been submitted to their local IRB (for HSR) or IACUC (for Animal Use) as appropriate for their chosen testing model and prior to proposal submission.
