The Defense Logistics Agency-Aberdeen, on behalf of the Army Integrated Logistics Supply Center (ILSC) is conducting market research to support long-term sustainment of the APX-123A transponder system. The government believes BAE Systems is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and sole source for these specific National Item Identification Numbers (NIINs) listed below; however, interested parties who believe they possess these capabilities are invited to submit a capability statement within 15 days. We request that sources who can manufacture the listed parts or services submit information to show their capability to manufacture the same part. At a minimum the support information you submit should include, but is not limited to, the following types of documentation: questionnaire, drawings, test results, information on previous Government and commercial contracts, data rights, etc. In your response, please include your company name, CAGE code, and a technical point of contact with email address and telephone number. Items and/or Services to Be Procured: • NIIN 01-560-2880 - Power Supply • NIIN 01-877-8778 - Modification Kit, Mode 4 • NIIN 01-631-9249 - Single Board Computer • NIIN 01-333-3333 - Signal Processor • NIIN 01-643-0548 - Mode 5 Crypto Card • NIIN 01-503-7423 - RF Module This request is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a solicitation or a promise to issue in solicitation in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. The Government is not seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in responding to this request; all costs associated with responding to this request will be solely at the interested parties' expense.
