Provide up to six Defense Language Proficiency Test 5 (DLPT5) standard setting studies in a base period and up to six studies in each of six option periods. Establish independent reading and listening cut scores across twelve specific language including Ukrainian,Russian,Korean, and French - with final deliverable consisting of comprehensive analytical reports. Performance will take place within 50 mile radius of Washington,D.C. and contain a minimum one plenary room and two seperate acoustic breakout rooms.
