1.5 CODES & STANDARDS: Contractor shall comply with and implement all applicable design goals, technical constraints, performance requirements, quality assurance, warranty, considerations, product fabrication, installation, and policies stated in the USAF ATC/RAPCON Design Guide and the FAA ATCT Transparent Plastic Window Shades 12 24 12 unless an alternate approach is stated in project scope of work or approved by Contracting Officer.
Contractor requested deviations to this schedule will only be considered if it is in the best interest of the government as determined by the Contracting Officer.
