3.2 GENERAL INFORMATION: The Contractor shall perform the services required under this contract during the following hours: 0730 CT – 1530 CT Monday thru Friday except Federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government directed facility closings.
3.3 CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL: The Contractor shall utilize employees possessing adequate training, skills, and knowledge to perform the requirements of this contract.
The Contractor shall submit payment requests using the following document type(s): (i) For cost-type line items, including labor-hour or time-and-materials, submit a cost voucher. (ii) For fixed price line items- (A) That require shipment of a deliverable, submit the invoice and receiving report specified by the Contracting Officer.
Offerors who have already submitted a proposal prior to the issuance of this amendment are authorized and strongly encouraged to submit a revised proposal (specifically addressing labor and pricing adjustments) in response to the newly incorporated Wage Determination.

-Questions/Answers are attached below (posted date: 2 Sept 2026). -Amendment 1 issued 8/26/26 adding Wage Determination & FAR Clause 52.222-41. -Clean and sanitize 31 HVAC air conditioning wall units (31 prefabricated fan coil units), internal coils, and corresponding vents to ensure they are free of debris and microbial growth. This includes wiping down and treating all visible mold found within 10 feet of air handlers, ducts, and vents, as well as applying specialized cleaning chemicals to eliminate microbial growth on immediate surrounding walls and wooden objects (including cabinets, doors, and panels). Clean and treat sanctuary carpets with an EPA-approved anti-microbial agent, restoring the facility to a safe, sanitary, and fully operational condition.
