**2.0 SERVICES DELIVERY SUMMARY.** The Contractor service requirements are summarized into performance objectives that relate directly to mission essential items.
The contractor shall bill for these types of services in accordance with para 1.2.1.2 Billable service call.** 2. **AVAILABILITY OF PARTS AND MATERIALS.** The Contractor shall maintain sufficient off-the-shelf materials and equipment on hand to support service call and repair requirements.
Additionally, the Contractor shall provide a Contractor Manpower Equivalent (CME) report, annually, no later than 20 days after the end of each Government fiscal year.
The Contracting Officer (CO) will conduct a formal price evaluation to ensure the proposal is fair, reasonable, and in the best interest of the Government.
The COR will request a quote when the need for specialized services is necessary.
