This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in RFO subpart 12.202(b), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA448426Q0035 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 effective March 13, 2026. This requirement is being issued as a 100% Women Owned Small Business set aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561790 (Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings) with a small business standard size of $9M . This acquisition is for the procurement of contactor services to provide bird waste cleaning at JB MDL. 305 MXG requires four cleanings a year for eight buildings/hangars. The Contractor shall provide own personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, services necessary to perform bird waste cleaning as defined in this Performance Work Statement. Contractor shall ensure all personnel requiring access to the installation possess valid, federally compliant identification credential in accordance with current REAL ID Act. Work will be scheduled and conducted in accordance to the PWS. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order FOB Point is Destination. The contractor shall provide Bird Waste Cleaning Services IAW attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and include specifications of proposed item(s) and technical approach.
