The 621st Contingency Response Wing (CRW) requires support for Holistic Health and Fitness Support to increase readiness and lethality, optimal physical and non-physical performance, reduced injury rates, improved rehabilitation after injury, and increased mindfulness of the Airmen assigned to the Wing. The procurement of the Holistic Health and Fitness Support must be in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
