NON-MANUFACTURER RULE WAIVER This sources sought is posted in pursuance of a non-manufacturer rule (NMR) waiver with the Small Business Administration (SBA) for the procurement of a spectrum analyzer under NAICS 334515. The SBA currently does not have a class NMR waiver for this NAICS. If your entity is a small business manufacturer of spectrum analyzers under NAICS 334515; please reach out to the listed points of contact. Upon reaching out, entities will be provided the Statement of Need (SON). Entities shall respond whether they manufacture a spectrum analyzer that meets the requirements outlined in the SON.
