The 90th Contracting Squadron is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation, FA461326Q0015, as a Request for Quotation using RFO Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Part 37, Service Contracting. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance with a small business standard of $12.5M. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform fire sprinkler head compliance testing services at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations and the performance work statement (PWS). CLIN STRUCTURE: CLIN 0001 (BASE BID): Fire Sprinkler Head Testing and Replacement (Buildings 1284, 1292, and 1501).
