AMENDMENT 002 - The purpose of this amendment is to offer an additional site visit on Friday August 14th at 8:00 AM MDT. All other terms and conditions remain the same. AMENDMENT 001 - This amendment adds attachment 6.1.5.1, which includes the remaining pages (pages 7-30) of attachment 6.1.5. No other changes have been made to the solicitation. The United States Government has a requirement to renovate the base chapel building on Mountain Home Air Force Base in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and Specifications. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort.
