AMENDMENT 002 - The purpose of this amendment is to offer an additional site visit on Friday August 14th at 8:00 AM MDT. All other terms and conditions remain the same. AMENDMENT 001 - This amendment adds attachment 6.1.5.1, which includes the remaining pages (pages 7-30) of attachment 6.1.5. No other changes have been made to the solicitation.
