The primary objective of this acquisition is to secure an experienced, highly qualified audio-visual (A/V) contractor to repair, upgrade, and restore the A/V infrastructure in Dickens Hall (Building 49). The current system is inoperable due to recent power surge damage, and the physical projector screen has degraded. The required solution must restore full presentation, audio, and video-teleconferencing capabilities to this premier event venue to support the 11th Wing and National Capital Region (NCR) mission partners. SITE VISIT A site visit will be conducted to evaluate work area and assess equipment in need of repair/replacement. Any contractor attending site visit must adhere to the following. Limit of 2 Personnel Per Contractor in attendance Possess a valid REAL ID Have no criminal record Contractors will meet at the Join Base Anacostia Bolling Visitor Control Center to obtain base access. From there all individuals will proceed to USAF HG Ceremonial Hall (Dickens Hall) to begin the site visit. Please arrive on time. Any contractor who arrives after the site visit has started will not be allowed to attend and will not be considered for award. Please reserve all questions for after site visit.
