Specific requirements will be included in the project Statement of Work (SOW.) ### PROJECT DESCRIPTION The Prime Contractor shall furnish all management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required for a broad range of maintenance, repair and minor construction work on various real property facilities at installations covered under this contract, including design and engineering services incidental to construction.
Submittals shall include such items as: project schedule, descriptive literature (i.e. catalog cuts, diagrams, operation charts/data); test reports; certificates of compliance; actual material sample; fabricator's drawings; shop drawings; operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals including parts lists, certifications, warranties and other such required submittals.
1. **EVALUATION FACTOR : TECHNICAL & PRICE** A Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation will be utilized for issuance of this task order to determine best value.

This is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), total 8(a) set-aside contract for construction efforts at Hill AFB, UT (Davis County); the Carter Creek Recreational Property at Evanston, WY; Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR), UT; Little Mountain Test Annex, UT, NV; Boulder Seismic Site, WY.
