Scope

The Contractor shall- Subcontracts (1) Insert the substance of this clause, including this paragraph (f) and excluding paragraph (e)(1), in subcontracts and other contractual instruments, including those for the acquisition of commercial products or commercial services, excluding commercially available off-the-shelf items, if the subcontract or other contractual instrument will contain a requirement to process, store, or transmit FCI or CUI; and (2) Prior to awarding a subcontract or other contractual instrument, ensure that the subcontractor has a current CMMC certificate or current CMMC status at the CMMC level that is appropriate for the information that is being flowed down to the subcontractor based on the requirements at 32 CFR 170.23. (Oct 2018) SECTION 8(a) DIRECT AWARD (OCT 2018) (a) This contract is issued as a direct award between the contracting office and the 8(a) Contractor pursuant to the Partnership Agreement between the Small Business Administration (SBA) and the Department of Defense.

Deliverables

1.2.2 Inventory & Reporting Duties:  Container & Asset Accountability: Track and maintain accountability of all Government- provided industrial containers, bins, and pallets within the staging area (Building 2316), notifying the COR when replacements are required.  CDRL Generation: Ability to compile, format, and deliver required monthly CDRL deliverables, specifically the Receipt of Government Material Report (Incoming) and the Report of Receipts, Inventory Adjustments, and Shipments (Outgoing).  Workflow Scheduling: Ability to align incoming maintenance shipping schedules and outgoing DLADS turn-in appointments with available contract labor hours and MHE capabilities.

Evaluation

Unless the Offeror is the Canadian Commercial Corporation, the Offeror shall insert the substance of this provision, including this paragraph (c), in all subcontracts exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold defined in FAR part 2. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.Solicitation number FA857126Q0110 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) Depot Consumable Parts Processing & Disposal (DEMIL).This acquisition is issued as a Section 8(a) Direct Award to COHO Consulting Group LLC (CAGE: 8T7B8); SBA Alaska DO Req #117024. The Contractor shall provide, supply labor, management, all materials, parts, travel, tools, and training necessary to provide the Consumable Parts Processing and Disposal (DEMIL) Support Services. The contract shall include collection, staging, processing, and transportation of non-serviceable/condemned parts from maintenance to a staging area and ultimately to DLA Disposition. Approximately six (6) full-time equivalent (FTE) personnel will be required for the WR-ALC, Workload & Analysis Branch (WR-ALC/OBW), Robins Air Force Base (AFB) Georgia.
