This acquisition is for the performance, design, fabrication and testing of the Aluminum ACV Engine Containers. The RFP has 3 lines items. Evaluation will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). NOTE: Some attachments for this acquisition have distribution restrictions. These documents will have restricted access when posted. Access will need to be requested through the solicitation on SAM.gov. Contractors must have a NIST score of 110, a current plan of action or a DD2345. DD2345 must be emailed to Primary POC when access is requested on SAM.
