Scope

This clause does not prohibit contractors from providing-- (1) A service that connects to the facilities of a third-party, such as backhaul, roaming, or interconnection arrangements; or (2) Telecommunications equipment that cannot route or redirect user data traffic or permit visibility into any user data or packets that such equipment transmits or otherwise handles. (d) Reporting requirement. (1) In the event the Contractor identifies covered telecommunications equipment or services used as a substantial or essential component of any system, or as critical technology as part of any system, during contract performance, or the Contractor is notified of such by a subcontractor at any tier or by any other source, the Contractor shall report the information in paragraph (d)(2) of this clause to the Contracting Officer, unless elsewhere in this contract are established procedures for reporting the information; in the case of the Department of Defense, the Contractor shall report to the website at .

Deliverables

The Contractor shall submit payment requests using the following document type(s): cost voucher. (i) For cost-type line items, including labor-hour or time-and-materials, submit a (ii) For fixed price line items- SECTION G FA8650-19-R-1932 PAGE 10 OF 29 PART I - THE SCHEDULE SECTION G - CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION DATA receiving report specified by the Contracting Officer. (A) That require shipment of a deliverable, submit the invoice and For Cost-Type line items, including labor-hour or time-and-materials, submit a cost voucher. either the Invoice 2in1, which meets the requirements for the invoice and receiving report, or the applicable invoice and receiving report, as specified by the Contracting Officer. (B) For services that do not require shipment of a deliverable, submit Invoice 2-in-1 progress payment request. (iii) For customary progress payments based on costs incurred, submit a request. (iv) For performance based payments, submit a performance based payment (v) For commercial item financing, submit a commercial item financing request.

The objective of the MINSAV effort is to acquire the design and fabrication of commercial and government developed sensor (signal) generation and processing technologies to enhance the US commercial microelectronics ecosystem and align commercial development with DoD needs to maintain US technological superiority in warfighting capability. Experimentation under the MINSAV ARA will construct prototype systems that demonstrate microelectronics capabilities that yield technical offset for DoD related autonomous, artificial intelligence, position navigation and timing, electronic warfare, data processing, spatial / spectrally agile, and strategic applications.
