3 ROLES AND RESPONSIBLITIES For vessels/systems designed, fabricated, and installed for service at AAFB by outside firms working under contract to Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) or any government agency, hereinafter referred to as the Government, the Test Operations and Sustainment (TOS) Operating Contractor's responsibilities and the interfaces between AAFB and the outside firm, shall be clearly defined in the contract.

Project Subject H-1 Heater Modernization Document Type Request for Whitepapers (RWP) Target Audience AEDC Velocity Alliance Consortium Performers and Industry Partners via SAM.gov Acquisition Authority 10 U.S.C. § 4022 Other Transaction Authority (OTA) Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC), is issuing this Request for Whitepapers (RWP) to identify a qualified Performer to execute the H-1 Heater Modernization project at Arnold Air Force Base (AAFB), Tennessee. See attachments for details. Note to interested parties: Some documents in this posting are labeled Distribution D and export controlled. For access to these requirements, contact the Contracting/Agreements Officer with your company's CAGE. Once Joint Certification Program and CMMC status are verified, the documents will be sent via DoD SAFE.
