Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (FNAL) is requesting proposals for the removal and replacement of one high bay roof and masonry wall repairs at the MINOS Service Building. The project is located on the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Fermilab) Site, adjacent to the city of Batavia, Illinois. The project is in Kane County. Refer to the site map for the exact location of the MINOS Service Building. The Subcontractor shall furnish all required supervision, labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to perform diligently and fully all work as described in the drawings and technical specifications. All work includes transportation, overhead, bonding costs, safety oversight, quality control oversight, and supervision as required to construct the project described in the drawings and technical specifications. For more detailed information, please review the attached SOW entitled, "MINOS High Bay Roof Replacement and Masonry Wall Repair." Proposals are due 10/06/2026 at 5pm CT.
