Payment Schedule FFDG shall pay the Subcontractor, upon the submission of proper invoices in accordance with any requirements from the clauses referenced in Section I, the prices stipulated in this Subcontract for supplies delivered and accepted or services rendered and accepted, less any deductions provided in this Subcontract.

Scope

1.2 SUMMARY The Subcontractor shall provide in the performance of the work under this subcontract all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, services, occupational exposure monitoring and supervision required to maintain work sites that meet the ES&H requirements found in Section 013100.

The construction schedule update shall include the following: Actual start and completion dates for activities that finished during the update period; Percent complete and predicted completion date for those activities that are in progress; Any necessary changes to the schedule required to accurately reflect the actual sequence of work; Clear identification of the critical path work activities and logic ties; The FFDG Construction Coordinator and the Subcontractor shall jointly review all construction schedule updates prior to formal submittal; The date of the update will be selected by FFDG to coincide with accepted FFDG financial accounting periods; The construction schedule shall reflect all subcontract changes that have been issued via supplemental agreement; A revision summary of the changes shall be maintained on the schedule; The Subcontractor shall submit a Schedule Variance (SV) report when any of the projected FFDG specified milestones are behind schedule by more than 5% (SV=0.95 or less) of the total remaining project schedule.

Evaluation

The Subcontractor shall immediately remove from the work under this Subcontract any employee of the Subcontractor who, in the sole discretion of FFDG, is found to be unsatisfactory in technical performance or personal conduct.

On 8/21/26, Amendment 01 was issued to provide the presentation and attendance sheet from the Pre-Proposal Meeting held virtually on 8/20/26 - see attached files for more information. Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (FNAL) is requesting proposals for roof maintenance, leak mitigation, leak prevention, repair, and restoration services. This will result in two (2) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) subcontracts. The projects are located on the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Fermilab) Site, adjacent to the city of Batavia, Illinois. The projects are in Du Page and Kane County. The Subcontractor shall furnish all required supervision, labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to perform diligently and fully all work as described in the technical specifications. All work includes transportation, overhead, bonding costs, safety oversight, quality control oversight, and supervision as required.
