Scope
The Areas of Interest (AOIs) are as follows: • AOI 01: Mission Operations Support - Solutions that enable mission command, operational planning, and decision support across Army logistics and finance operations to sustain readiness. • AOI 02: Asset Acquisition – Solutions that provide end-to-end procurement and acquisition lifecycle management for Army equipment, materiel, and services, including requirements definition through contract award. • AOI 03: Real Estate – Solutions for the management of Army real property, land, and facilities including acquisition, accountability, utilization tracking, and disposition of installations and assets. • AOI 04: Supply – Solutions for supply chain visibility, inventory management, requisitioning, and distribution of materiel to support Army readiness across all echelons. • AOI 05: Fulfillment – Solutions for order management, warehousing, and delivery execution ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of supply requests from point of origin to point of need. • AOI 06: Transportation – Solutions for movement management and transportation planning for personnel, equipment, and materiel across strategic, operational, and tactical environments. • AOI 07: Maintenance – Solutions for equipment maintenance scheduling, work order management, depot operations, and readiness reporting to maximize availability of Army systems and platforms. • AOI 08: Manufacturing / Remanufacturing – Solutions for industrial base management, depot-level manufacturing, and remanufacturing of Army equipment and components to restore or upgrade capability and extend service life. • AOI 09: Resource Allocation – Solutions for budgeting, financial management, cost accounting, and allocation of Army resources across programs, units, and missions in alignment with ASA(FM&C) requirements.
