GENERAL INTENTION: Marine Corps Installations - National Capital Region (MCI-NCR) has a commercial Brand Name or Equal requirement for a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) inventory system. In accordance with FAR Part 12, the MCI-NCR Regional Contracting Office is issuing a commercial solicitation for the acquisition of such supply/service. Required specifications are listed in the Schedule of Supplies/Services within this solicitation. VENDOR QUESTIONS: Questions about this RFQ must be submitted via email to both David Laster and Michael Bogatyr at the following email addresses: michael.bogatyr@usmc.mil; david.laster@usmc.mil. Questions shall be submitted no later than Wednesday, 26 August 2026, at 11:00 AM Eastern Time. No late questions will be accepted. Any resultant amendment from Q&A will be posted with Q&A.
