The contractor shall use an automatic identification technology device for this verification that has been programmed to the requirements of Appendix A, MIL-STD-130, latest version. (ii) The issuing agency code- (A) Shall not be placed on the item; and (B) Shall be derived from the data qualifier for the enterprise identifier. Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS) intends to solicit for Wire Thermocouple This requirement is sole sourced to OEM Fairbanks Morse, LLC as the requested parts are direct replacement parts for critical equipment. The requested parts directly support the Main Propulsion Diesel Engine (MPDE) Combined Exhaust Thermocouple onboard the vessel. Interested companies may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, which will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency. The Government will evaluate the offeror's price for reasonableness and past performance as part of the responsibility determination in accordance with RFO 12.203.
