ATTACHMENT J-1502000-02 SPECIFIC WORK REQUIREMENTS The Contractor shall be responsible for the following services.

The Contractor’s QM Plan shall include, at a minimum, the following: • Policy and objectives of Quality Management System (QMS) • Quality organization o List of personnel o Responsibilities & lines of authority o Training and qualifications • Approach to assuring quality of services provided and conformance with performance objectives and standards • Methods and procedures for effective planning, operation and control of processes and performance of work • Procedures for inspection and surveillance of services to include all contractual requirements. o Scheduling and performance of inspection and surveillance o Measurement, data collection and analysis o Corrective action, preventive action, and continuous improvement o Oversight of subcontracted work • Documentation and records management • Communication with government (customers) 2.6.10.2 Quality Inspection and Surveillance The Contractor shall establish and maintain an inspection and surveillance system in accordance with the FAR Clause 52.246-4, INSPECTION OF SERVICES – FIXED PRICE, to ensure that the work performed conforms to the contract requirements.

L.5 Content of Proposal: Basis of Evaluation and Submittal of Each Factor. (a) Non-price Factors Submission Requirements: The Offeror shall submit one (1) copy via PIEE to include all the solicitation submittal requirements identified below.
An email confirmation of submission can be requested and received by the Offeror from the DOL website and submitted in the price proposal.

Provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, equipment, and other items necessary to perform Base Operation Services (BOS) at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Laurel Bay (LB), Laurel Bay Schools, Beaufort, South Carolina, Townsend Bombing Range Shellman Bluff, Georgia, and outlying areas supported by the installations. The BOS services include Facility Investment, Pest Control, Electrical and Base Support Vehicle Equipment. RFP number N4008526R0033 replaces RFP number N4008525R2514 Amendment 0001 incorporates site visit details. Amendment 0002 extends the submission deadline, incorporates DFARS provisions and clauses, and revises section M of the RFP. Amendment 0003 extends the submission deadline, post the site visit sign-in sheet and revises the wage determinations in Section B and Section J. Amendment 0004 extends the submission deadline, responds to pre-proposal inquiries and revises Annex C.
