This requirement is for mobile crane lease/rental services at the Naval Submarine Base New London, Groton, CT. This work includes, but is not limited to, providing all labor, management, materials, supervision, tools, facilities, transportation, and equipment necessary to deliver the services as described in the attached bid schedule of this solicitation. The contract term will be a base period of twelve (12) months, plus four twelve (12) month options. Only the base period of the contract will offer a minimum guarantee.
