The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, mobilization cost and equipment required to perform custodial services. The resultant contract for this solicitation, if any, will be a single award Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) and Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract term consists of a phase-in mobilization period of one (1) month, base period of six (6) months and seven (7) 12-month option periods, phase-out de-mobilization period of one (1) month and an extension period not to exceed (6) six months, for a total of ninety-eight (98) months.
