The Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) is issuing Solicitation N5005426R0005 for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Contract (IDIQ-MAC) to accomplish insulation and lagging removal and installation. The work will be accomplished onboard U.S. Navy and other military vessels, including submarines, and may be accomplished within 50-mile radius of Hampton Roads. Insulation and lagging repairs are to be accomplished with ships force personnel living onboard with a minimum of disruptions as possible. The contractor shall furnish the necessary management, technical support, labor, materials, support services, equipment, and facilities to accomplish insulation and lagging removal and installation. The contractor shall be responsible for the employment of trained and technically qualified personnel to perform delivery orders. The contractor, upon request of the Government representative, shall produce the qualifications of an individual to substantiate qualifications to perform the task being worked. In addition, the contractor is responsible for employing and maintaining the personnel, organizational and administrative controls necessary to ensure that performance meets or exceeds all contract specification requirements hereunder and as set forth in each individual delivery order. The period of performance will be a base year with four (4) one-year option periods.
