This solicitation is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in "JAPAN", as prescribed by DFARS 225.1103 (3), 252.225-7042. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Yokosuka Site " SASEBO " intends to issue a competitive solicitation for the LHA-7, SEA WATER FLUSHING PIPING IN 02 LEVEL FRAME 49 THROUGH 74 REPLACE, SEA WATER FLUSHING PIPING IN 02 DECK LEVEL FRAME 25 THROUGH 46 REPLACE to Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and capable Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders in "Japan". Please ensure that your company meets these criteria and provides any necessary documentation to demonstrate your authorization to perform this work in " Japan ". Contractors located OUTSIDE Japan that do NOT unambiguously demonstrate compliance with DFARS 252.225-7042 will NOT be eligible to receive an award.
