1.) Current and valid CMMC Level 2 (Self); and 2.) Compliance with applicable safeguarding requirements; and 3.) Valid DD Form 2345. e.) The Government will verify CMMC status in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) prior to releasing the CUI materials. f.) Failure to maintain the required CMMC Level 2 prior to award will render the Offeror ineligible for award. g.) By submission of a proposal, the Offeror represents that, if selected for award, it will possess the required CMMC Level 2 certification at the time of award. h.) If the Offeror intends to utilize subcontractors that will process, store, or transmit FCI or CUI, the Offeror shall ensure such subcontractors possess the required CMMC level prior to award of subcontracts, in accordance with DFARS clause requirements. i.) The Government will verify that the apparently successful offeror possesses the required CMMC Level 2 prior to award. j.) An Offeror that does not possess the required CMMC Level 2 at the time of award will be ineligible for award. k.) In order to be eligible for award the offeror must obtain access to the CUI drawing package by submitting a valid DD Form 2345 and a Current and valid CMMC Level 2 (Self).
