This solicitation is for the competitive procurement of the procurement of the NRP Strut Servicing Set, P/N: B003310M05031-0001, NSN: 1620- 01-613-6041, in support of the MQ-4C Triton Unmanned Aircraft Systems Program. It is anticipated that this solicitation will result in a single-award, Fixed-Price, four-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. See the attached solicitation and solicitation attachments for further requirements and instructions. Offerors will be required to submit their proposals through the Solicitation Module within the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), accessible at https://piee.eb.mil.

DescriptionThe Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst (NAWCAD LKE) intends to issue a solicitation for the procurement of the NRP Strut Servicing Set, P/N: B003310M05031-0001, NSN: 1620- 01-613-6041, in support of the MQ-4C Triton Unmanned Aircraft Systems Program. The Government anticipates award of a Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This procurement will be competed as a 100% Total Small Business Set- Aside. Interested Small Business vendors must be registered as ACTIVE in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) website for consideration for award of any Department of Defense contract. THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Government is not obligated to, and will not, pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this synopsis. The information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for an award of a contract. There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award or awards, or be responsible for any money expended by interested parties before award of a contract for the effort described above.
