FRC EAST will ensure the following requirements are met: * Ensure the minimum of eight (6) and maximum of ten (8) participants for each class. * Ensure participants meet class eligibility requirements * Ensure participants arrive and depart class as scheduled * Provide adequate classrooms to conduct training at FRC East * Coordinate with applicable agencies and contractors for access to MCAS Cherry Point and FRC * East * Ensure funds have been allocated to pay for training prior to participants attending 4.0 DELIVERABLES / RETURNS 4.1 Assessment for each participant.

Solicitation Information N6852026Q1062 is issued as a competitive procurement prepared In Accordance With (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE), has a requirement to provide forty-five (45) training classes for the initial and recertification of First Aid and Adult CPR/AED training for personnel. Full Statement of Work (SOW) is provided in the attached RFQ N6852026Q1062. Contract Type: The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis. Offeror's must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoW contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov. Expenses incurred in the preparation of quotes in repsonse to this RFQ are the vendor's sole responsibility and not reimbursable by the Government.
