Product Service Code (PSC): M1BA - Operation of Air Traffic Control Towers North American Industry Classification System (NAICS): 488111 - Air Traffic Control Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) is seeking sources to determine the availability of vendors that can provide Air Traffic Control and Flight Planning Services for U.S. Naval Station Guantanamo Bay (NSGB), Cuba. A DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached containing further details. Any potential contract resulting from this notice is anticipated to be a firm-fixed price (FFP) type contract. Required Start Date Performance is estimated to commence on 1 April 2027. The period of performance is estimated to consist of a 12-month Base period and four, 1-year option periods and will include FAR clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, to provide an additional 6 months of performance. Submission Requirements: Interested sources are invited to respond to this RFI/Sources Sought announcement by submitting all of the items below.
