Solicitation - Interior Plumbing Revamp, Bathroom Fit-Out, and Heat Pump Installation The U.S. Government requests companies with the proficiency and financial means to provide services in relation to residential plumbing renovation: Scope of work includes but is not limited to: Areas included in this scope: Ground Floor Bathroom (Toilet, single basin with mixer, and medicine cabinet with mirror) Master Bathroom Ensuite - Upper Floor (Double sinks, vanity and cabinet, shower, toilet, and bathtub) Bathroom 2 - Upper Floor Passage (Double sinks, vanity and cabinet, shower, toilet, and bathtub) Staff Quarters Kitchen (Double sink installation, full floor and wall tiling) Staff Quarters Bathroom (Toilet, single basin, medicine cabinet with mirror, and shower) Laundry Area (Washing machine cold water point, double wash trough, full floor and wall tiling) Heat Pump Installation (Two integrated heat pump geysers - supplied by U.S. Government; positions to be confirmed on site) If you are interested in this project, please reply to the emails below. The US Embassy will make no provision for fluctuations in price or exchange rates once the order has been placed. If your price is dependent on these fluctuations, you MUST make provision for possible increases in your quoted price.
