Acceptance, as used in this clause, means the act of an authorized representative of FFDG by which FFDG or the Government assumes for itself, or as an agent of another, ownership of existing and identified supplies, or approves specific services, as partial or complete performance of the contract. The Subcontractor shall provide sufficient personnel and resources to complete scheduled cleaning activities within five (5) consecutive business days, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise approved by DCO.
