Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) has a requirement for the renewal of maintenance and support for American power conversion (APC) uninterruptible power supply (UPS) and cooling equipment at DCAA's one data center located Millington, TN. For annual preventive maintenance visits technicians must test the equipment to ensure all components are working properly, provide code updates, and repair/replace equipment as needed. Please review the attached SOW for complete item details and CLIN structure. This will be a single award contract for one base year and one option years as follows: Base year: 09/14/2026 - 09/13/2027 Option year one: 09/14/2027 - 09/13/2028 Award will be made on the basis of lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). To be considered technically acceptable, vendors must submit a technical quote showing that they have experience and are authorized to provide the required UPS maintenance services. Technical information is limited to five pages using Times New Roman font no smaller than 12pt. Technical information must be submitted separately from pricing. Pricing must be submitted using Excel with the workbook unlocked with all formulas intact. Offerors must provide pricing for ALL years. Questions must be submitted via email to the contracting officer by 3pm EST, September 2nd, 2026. Quotes must be submitted via email to the contracting officer by 3pm EST, September 8th, 2026.
