This is not a Solicitation. This requirement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for NSN 1560-012530382, SUPPORT,STRUCTURAL COMPONENT,AIRCRAFT. THE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED AS UNRESTRICTED (Other Than Full And Open Competition Not Previously Addressed). THIS PART IS MANUFACTURED BY MARATHONNORCO AEROSPACE, INC. (CAGE 08844) PART NUMBER A2290-5. The proposed contract will be a fixed price, Indefinite Quantity Contract in accordance with FAR Part 15. The requested period of performance for a base period of five (5) years with Zero (0) Options. NSN: 1560-012530382; SUPPORT,STRUCTURAL COMPONENT,AIRCRAFT ESTIMATED ANNUAL DEMAND QTY - 120 EACH MINIMUM DELIVERY ORDER QUANTITY - 30 EACH MAXIMUM DELIVERY ORDER QUANTITY - 120 EACH THE ESTIMATED ANNUAL QUANTITY IS 120 EACH. THE DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTION UNITS WILL BE 120 DAYS. Surge requirement does not apply. Ship to will be CONUS stock locations, as specified on the Delivery Order. This Sources Sought Notice is for informational purposes only. This is not a request for an offer. This does not constitute as a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement. No funds are available to pay for preparation of responses to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this technical description is strictly voluntary.
